About the Role:
As a Reservations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting reservations across third-party booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, and others). What You’ll Do:

• Create, manage, and monitor reservations on OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Marriott, etc.).
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across multiple platforms.
• Oversee guest check-ins, follow-ups, and last-minute reservation needs.
• Track and reconcile payments, refunds, appeasements, and special requests for OTA guests.
• Provide inbound and outbound support to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Identify and escalate OTA platform issues or policy changes, offering feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve OTA operations and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Need:

• Prior experience working with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, etc.) required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• High attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in multitasking across different platforms and tools.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to support cross-department collaboration.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.

• Salary $16,500 MXN Gross monthly
