OTA Distributions Specialist

About the Role: We are looking for a team member to own online travel agency (OTA) listings within our OTA Distribution Team! In this role, you’ll be the performance owner on a subset of our OTAs, manage the listing content, and liaise with our operations team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. This includes but is not limited to: • Managing and maintaining OTA listings across multiple platforms. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for improving performance and increasing revenue. • Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Developing and implementing processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance and drive results. Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as hospitality, travel, or marketing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software is a plus.
