OT-TS Technical Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Telephone and written support in the 1st & 2nd Level Support area
• Performing documentation, processes and solutions
• Answering technical questions and troubleshooting for customers via email and telephone
• Support via remote, possibly also on-site
• Preparation and support of software updates
• Performing software tests
• Desirable assumption of 24/7 support readiness with corresponding remuneration

Further information:

• Training takes place in person in the office in Regensburg by a trained employee
• Joint attendance appointments in the office (department meeting)

Qualification

• Completed training as an IT systems clerk or comparable training/professional experience
• Analytical thinking, independent action and a strong team spirit
• Basic technical understanding of IT systems (e.g. Windows knowledge, experience with different file formats (CSV, XML, log files, etc.), Server-Client principle
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Good English language skills in spoken and written form

Desirable knowledge:

• Knowledge of relational database systems, very good Windows knowledge, Linux knowledge, experience with ticket systems such as OTRS, network knowledge
