OT Security Manager (m/w/d)

Westfleisch is one of the leading meat processors in Germany and Europe. The company slaughters, dissects, processes, and refines at ten locations in Northwest Germany. Around 30 percent of the products are exported to over 40 countries worldwide. Westfleisch employs around 7,100 people, with the headquarters located in Münster, Westphalia. To support our central office in Hamm, we are looking for an OT Security Manager (m/w/d) as soon as possible. Tasks: Further development and implementation of OT security concepts and measures; Development and maintenance of OT security policies and procedures; Conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses; Implementation of OT security controls and monitoring; Collaboration with IT and OT teams to ensure secure integration of systems; Support for the development of a comprehensive OT security strategy; Identification and mitigation of potential security risks; Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology); At least 3 years of experience in OT security management; Knowledge of industrial control systems and automation technologies; Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC 62443); Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
