OT Security Manager (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies within the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing, operating, and developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms, and business applications. To support the departments optimally in their business processes through IT solutions, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultation meetings and develops professional solutions together with these departments. The OT Security Manager (m/w/d) is responsible for ensuring the security of the entire IT infrastructure and all software solutions within the Schwarz Group. This includes developing and implementing security concepts, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented security measures. The OT Security Manager (m/w/d) also works closely with other departments to ensure that all IT systems are properly secured and compliant with relevant regulations and standards. In addition, the OT Security Manager (m/w/d) is responsible for ensuring that all employees within the Schwarz Group have the necessary training and knowledge to use IT systems securely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
