OT Security Expert (m/w/d) on a part-time basis of 25 hours per week in Mannheim sought

We are looking for an OT Security Expert for a project (March to September - option for extension) at our client's site in Mannheim.
You will work part-time and have sufficient time for family and leisure.

Tasks

• Conducting OT security and risk assessments on existing facilities and production environments
• Evaluating cyber risks in OT systems (e.g. automation, control, and monitoring systems)
• Applying and implementing existing security standards, guidelines, and frameworks (no process development)
• Analyzing vulnerabilities in OT infrastructure and deriving concrete measures to reduce risk
• Closely collaborating with operations, automation, IT, and engineering teams
• Supporting the implementation of OT security measures in ongoing facilities
• Documented results, risks, and recommendations for management and departments
• Technical evaluation of software, systems, and interfaces in the OT environment

Qualification

Your Profile:

• Multiple years of experience in the field of OT Security / Industrial Security
• In-depth knowledge of OT systems (e.g. ICS, SCADA, monitoring systems, automation technology)
• Experience in conducting risk analyses and vulnerability assessments in the OT environment
• Familiarity with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST etc.)
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (IT, OT, engineering, operations)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
