We're seeking an enthusiastic OT, Physio or Osteo with at least 5 years of aged care experience for a community-based, assessment-only role
- Structured assessment-only caseload - no ongoing therapy

Our Client:
Our client is a leading allied health provider, known for delivering high-quality care and support services across the community. They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Osteopath to join their growing team in an assessment-only capacity, servicing clients in Melbourne's southeast.
About the Role:
This is a mobile, RAC and community-based role focused on conducting aged care funding assessments in clients’ homes. You'll work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, supported by strong clinical leadership and access to ongoing professional development. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, ideal for someone with a minimum of 12 months of aged care experience who enjoys a structured role with purpose and autonomy.

About You:
- Relevant degree in OT, Physio or Osteo
- Full AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aged care
- Strong communication skills
- A great team player

- Current driver's licence and vehicle
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Eligible to work in Australia
