Join our team as Web Developer / Web Developer (m/w/d) in a full-time position.

The OPTITOOL Team consists of specialized academics and IT professionals who work in the areas of development, sales, customer service, and project management. We are software specialists for Tour Planning and -optimization, mobile Inventory Management and develop innovative cloud-based solutions for the logistics requirements of all industries.

Tasks

• Conceptualization and development of web applications (Frontend, Angular)
• Error analysis, error correction, and performance tuning of existing Web UI
• Design, implementation, and testing of modern system architectures
• Closely working with adjacent departments
• Carrying out functional tests and code reviews

Qualification

• Completed studies in computer science or comparable education/experience
• Experience with modern web frameworks like Angular, React, or similar technologies
• Safe handling of REST APIs and JSON-based interfaces
• Understanding of modern frontend architectures and component-based development
• Contact points with test frameworks like Jest and Cypress are advantageous
• Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• A high degree of self-initiative to familiarize oneself with new task areas
