WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HOST / TIKTOK LIVE COMMERCE PRESENTER

RM Scrubs, a Mexican brand specializing in clinical and hospital uniforms, is seeking a charismatic person with ease of speech to participate as a Host for our live streams on TikTok.

Our goal is to create a dynamic, friendly, and entertaining sales experience for our community of healthcare professionals.

• Host RM Scrubs live streams on TikTok.

• Present and explain our medical uniforms and products.

• Showcase fabrics, colors, designs, sizes, and features of each product.

• Interact with the audience and answer questions in real-time.

• Recommend products according to customer needs.

• Present special promotions and dynamics during the streams.

• Encourage conversion and sales during LIVE sessions.

• Maintain a dynamic, professional, and natural attitude in front of the camera.

• Share feedback on audience questions and products of greatest interest.

• Modality: Professional services provision / independent collaboration.

• Frequency: 3 streams per week.

• Duration: Approximately 2 hours per stream.

• Location: In-person in Tecámac

• Payment: $600 per stream performed.

• Estimate: Approximately $7,200 monthly for 12 streams.

• Payment method: Upon delivery of the corresponding CFDI (Invoice), according to the applicable tax scheme.

We aim to build a long-term relationship. In addition to payment per stream, you can earn additional bonuses based on the commercial results of the LIVE sessions.

The incentive scheme will be defined based on effectively collected and non-canceled sales.

• Availability to perform 3 weekly streams.

• Basic knowledge of TikTok and social media.

• Experience performing TikTok LIVE or Instagram LIVE.

• Experience in sales or customer service.

• Experience in TikTok Shop or Live Commerce.

• Experience as a content creator.

• Ease in generating content in front of the camera.

• Knowledge of the medical, hospital, or fashion sector.
