OSS/ASA - Home Care Assistance (SAD)

We are looking for a Socio-Sanitary Operator (OSS)/Socio-Assistance Auxiliary (ASA) to be included in the Elderly and Disability area, within the scope of Measure B1, a regional intervention aimed at people with severe and very severe disabilities assisted at home. We are seeking resources in the municipalities of:

. Travagliato, Ospitaletto, Castegnato and surrounding areas

. Iseo, Passirano, Provaglio d'Iseo, Corte Franca, Monticelli, Paderno

The resource will operate predominantly autonomously at the users' homes, carrying out assistance and support interventions provided for by the individualized project, defined in collaboration with the referring social workers and the multidisciplinary team. The activity will be focused on maintaining residual autonomy, the well-being of the person, and supporting the family. Regular team meetings, discussions, and supervision with colleagues and the service coordinator are planned to ensure continuity of care and sharing of interventions.

Cooperativa Società Dolce, through the Assistiamo Casa service, offers qualified home care interventions for fragile individuals, the elderly, and people with disabilities. The goal is to ensure continuity of care and personalized support directly at home, promoting the well-being and autonomy of the individual.

The Role

The resource will be integrated into home care services for the elderly and people with disabilities and will be responsible for:

• Assisting the individual with daily activities (hygiene, dressing, and meals).
• Supporting mobility and transfers.
• Monitoring the user's conditions.
• Assisting with basic domestic tasks.
• Collaborating with the team and the service coordinator.

• Recognized regional OSS/ASA professional qualification
• Flexibility in managing working hours
• Ability to manage complex situations
• B driving license and availability of own vehicle for travel to users' homes

• Type of Contract: Permanent employment
• Hours: part-time 30 hours per week
• Availability: 6 days a week for 5 hours a day, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, without shifts
