Orienta SpA Società Benefit - branch in Cuneo - seeks to hire an OSS. The figure sought will be responsible for: - Providing direct assistance to guests in daily life activities (personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, mobilization). - Collaborating with nursing and medical staff to ensure comprehensive and personalized care. - Ensuring compliance with company procedures and protocols. - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. - Communicating effectively with guests, family members, and the multidisciplinary team. Requirements: - Qualification certificate for Social Health Operator - Excellent relational and communicative skills. - Empathy, patience, and attention to the needs of the elderly. - Ability to work in a team. Schedule: two daily shifts (no night shift), full-time 36 hours. Collective labor agreement applied: Local Authorities. Continuous perspective.
