Job description
Orienta Orienta S.p.A. - Società Benefit, filiale di Cuneo, seeks for RSA of the territory an OSS. The figure sought will be responsible for:
- Furnishing direct assistance to guests in daily life activities (personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, mobilization).
- Collaborating with nursing and medical staff to ensure comprehensive and personalized care.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and protocols.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Certificate of qualification for Social Sanitary Operator
- Excellent relational and communicative skills
- Empathy, patience, and attention to the needs of elderly people
- Ability to work in a team
Location: vicinity of Ceva
Schedule: three shifts, full-time 38 hours. Initial fixed-term contract with potential for continuation.
