OSS Operators

Etjca SpA - Padova Branch, for a nursing home located in Padova, seeks Full-time OSS Operators to be hired with a full-time contract, initially on 2 shifts. The selected resources will take care of the general well-being of guests. Completing the profile are good relational skills, empathetic, propensity for teamwork and solid stress management. Main activities: - Assistance to individuals in daily activities and personal hygiene - Food service and support during meals - Mobilization of guests in collaboration with medical staff - Emotional support and monitoring of overall conditions and reporting any critical issues - Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team for the physical and mental well-being of guests Requisites required: - OSS qualification recognized by the Region - Experience, even brief, in similar contexts (RSA, nursing homes, healthcare structures) - Availability to work on shifts, including holidays - Good communication, relational, and empathetic skills - Attitude towards teamwork, flexibility, and stress resistance
