OSS | Social Health Operator

Orienta Orienta Healthcare, specialized division in research and selection, supply and management of personnel in the public and private healthcare and social assistance sector, is seeking to fill a position at a public nursing home. The residence for the elderly is located in Trissino, a town in the province of Vicenza, and accommodates non-autonomous elderly people within an organized structure on three floors and divided into two nuclei, with a total of 56 accredited beds. Personalized assistance will be provided through a multi-professional team including social health operators, nurses, and a doctor present every day to cater to guests with diverse assistive needs. PROFILE The OSS | Social Health Operator at the RSA will be responsible for: - Personal hygiene of the guest - Support during meal service - Patient movement - Activities aimed at well-being, social integration, and self-esteem of the guest REQUIREMENTS All candidates applying for the OSS | Social Health Operator position must have: - Qualification certificate OSS or equivalent title (for example, community director diploma, etc.) - Previous experience in a nursing home, hospital, or home care services is welcome - Applications from newly qualified individuals will be considered CONTRACT The OSS | Social Health Operator will be offered: - Initial contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension - 36 hours per week on shifts from Monday to Sunday - CCNL Local Authorities level A Expert Operators € 1702.44 + shift bonuses SEDE Trissino VI Sector: Hospital/Medical/Health Role: Medicine/Health Type of employment: Fixed-term contract
