PROFILE The OSS | Operatore socio sanitario within the RSA will always work in pairs with another OSS: - Personal hygiene of the guest - Support during meal service - Patient movement - Activities aimed at well-being, social integration, and self-esteem of the guest REQUIREMENTS All OSS | Operatore socio sanitario are required to have: - Qualification certificate OSS or equivalent title (Community Director, etc.) - Previous experience in a retirement home, hospital, or home care services - Possible immediate availability CONTRACT All OSS | Operatore socio sanitario are offered: - Fixed-term contract for 6 months with prospects of integration - 30 hours per week from Monday to Sunday on daytime shifts only (06:30 – 13:30/07:00 – 14:00/13:30 – 21:00) or three shifts based on resource availability - CCNL Coop.
