Humangest S.p.a., specialized company in Research and Selection of personnel, is looking for OSS to support a person, daily life activities, hygiene, mobility, nutrition, environmental care. Main responsibilities: - Direct assistance to the person (hygiene, dressing, nutrition) - Help with mobility and walking - Care of environments, environmental hygiene - Support in social relationships and daily activities - Any simple sanitary performances as needed REQUIREMENTS: - Qualification of Operator Socio Sanitario (OSS). - Preferably experience (even brief) in healthcare/social assistance structures. - Availability to work on shifts, including afternoon/evening and sometimes night (if scheduled). - Self-motivated/self-driven (if necessary for the area). - Attitude to work in a team, responsibility, empathy.
