Areajob S.p.A Areajob Spa, a branch of Prato, is looking for O.S.S. and A.D.B. figures for assisted living residence in Poggibonsi (SI). RESPONSABILITIES The selected person will be responsible for: - Meeting the primary needs of the person within their areas of competence; - Fostering both well-being and autonomy of the user in a social, assistive, and health context. REQUIREMENTS It is required: - Previous experience in the role; - Empathy and excellent communication and relational skills; - Qualification as OSS or ADB; - Availability to work on daytime and nighttime shifts; - Full-time availability of 38 hours per week. OTHER INFORMATION ? CCNL ANASTE, level 3S for the OSS figure, level 3 for the ADB figure; ? Working hours: 38h weekly; ? An initial fixed-term contract is offered with the aim of stabilizing at an indefinite term.
