Just On Business Spa (JOB) searches and selects OPERATORI SOCIO SANITARI for sad (home care) in the Pianoro and Loiano (BO) area. The inserted resource will follow the patient/host in their daily activities and, in particular, will help them with personal hygiene, nutrition, and will involve them in socialization activities. Required qualifications: - O.S.S. qualification; - Previous experience in the role, even minimal; - Availability to work on three shifts; - Ability to work in a team; - Ability to respect the patient's autonomy and confidentiality; - Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment. The resource will be responsible for: - Following the patient's treatment plan; - Monitoring the patient's health status; - Providing assistance with daily living activities; - Providing emotional support and companionship; - Maintaining confidentiality and respecting the patient's autonomy.
