Atempo SpA Atempo S.p.A. – Agency for Labour is seeking Operators of Social and Sanitary Services (OSS) to be placed in healthcare and socio-assistential structures located in the territory of Genoa and province. Job description: The resource will be inserted within organized structures and will take care of assisting and supporting guests/patients in daily activities, collaborating with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure the well-being and care of the person. Main activities: - Assistance to the person in basic activities (hygiene, nutrition, mobilization) - Support to nurses in assistive activities - Monitoring of the general conditions of the user - Collaboration with the healthcare and socio-assistential team - Care of the guest's living environment Requirements: - OSS qualification certificate recognized - Good relational skills, empathy, and attention to the person - Reliability, flexibility, and motivation - Immediate or short-term availability - Availability to work on shifts Work schedule: Full-time, according to the structure's scheduled shift (including weekends and holidays) Place of work: Genoa and province Offered: - Direct placement or through agency, according to relevant CCNL - Full-time contract - Structured and collaborative professional context This announcement is addressed to candidates in accordance with Article 27, D.Lgs. 198/2006.
