Client company, operating in the healthcare sector, has entrusted us with the task of identifying three People interested in taking on the role of HOME ASSISTANCE to be hired initially with a fixed-term contract for 6 months, with the possibility of future indefinite employment. Work zones defined based on candidate availability: - West Verona (Borgo Milano, Borgo Nuovo, Borgo Roma, San Giovanni Lupatoto, Castel d'Azzano) - East Verona (San Bonifacio, Colognola ai Colli, Caldiero) - City center The role involves: - home assistance service for people with disabilities - care, hygiene, and support for the person - support in performing daily activities To take on this role, it is necessary: - to possess the qualification of Social Health Operator - to be flexible and available to move within the Verona territory, based on one's area of competence - to be available to work on a part-time schedule of 20/25 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday, with variable working hours; the working schedule will be defined based on the availability of the resource and the needs of the case. The contractual framework provides: - qualification of Social Health Operator - level C1, CCNL Cooperative socials - remuneration equal to a monthly gross income of €1,515 or otherwise commensurate and defined based on experience gained in the role.
