Eurointerim Eurointerim S.p.A. - Casalmaggiore branch is seeking professionals to strengthen its organizational structure. The job description is as follows:

• Assist individuals with daily activities, such as personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation or feeding;
• Support the use of assistive devices (e.g., wheelchairs, walkers);
• Listen and provide emotional support to the assisted individual;
• Report any physical or behavioral changes to healthcare personnel;
• Execute instructions provided by doctors, nurses, or educators;
• Participate in team meetings as required;
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for the dignity of the individual.

The essential requirements for this role are:

• OSS or ASA professional qualification certificate;
• Prior experience in the role is preferred;
• Good physical resistance.

The ideal candidate will also possess empathy, patience, and stress resistance, as well as confidentiality, teamwork spirit, and ability to work in a team.

Type of employment: 6-month supply contract aimed at permanent hiring. Salary: commensurate with experience and defined by the Company Direction. Work availability: full-time, three shifts, 36 hours per week. Location: Piadena-Drizzona (CR). The search is open to both male and female candidates (D.Lgs. 198/2006).
