The average total remuneration for the Audiologist position in 2025 was PLN 12,070 gross. Our system truly rewards your results: on a monthly basis, every fourth Audiologist receives an average salary higher than PLN 14,240 gross, and the top 10% of earners exceed the threshold of PLN 17,860 gross on average. Importantly, the above data concerns only Audiologists working in clinics – when calculating average salaries, we do not include individuals employed in training or managerial positions who hold audiology qualifications.
