Office Worker - Sales Meetings

To my team, I am looking for people who like contact with people and want to develop in sales and consulting.

You don't need experience. We provide comprehensive training, mentor support, and onboarding from day one.

Your scope of duties:

• Administrative work and building a client database.

• Acquiring new individual and corporate clients.

• Telephone contact and client meetings.

• Analyzing needs and selecting appropriate solutions, including medical packages.

• Preparing and presenting offers.

• Building long-term relationships with clients and taking care of them after signing the contract.

• Achieving set sales targets.

• Cooperation with the team and supporting clients at every stage of cooperation.

Our requirements:

• Minimum secondary education.

• Communication skills and ease of establishing contacts.

• Willingness to learn and develop.

• Good work organization and independence.

• Computer literacy.

• Driving license category B.

• Certificate of no criminal record.

We do not require experience. We will teach you everything during onboarding.

Experience in sales, customer service, or the financial industry is welcome, but not necessary.
