PERSON FOR PRODUCTION AND WAREHOUSE WORK - MILL

REMUNERATION: 5000 – 7500 PLN gross / month

LOCATION: Borków Stary

PLACE OF WORK: At the company headquarters

SCOPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-time

WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

WORK MODEL: On-site work

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Employment contract

PROBATIONARY PERIOD: 3 months

START DATE OF WORK : Immediately

• operation and maintenance of production machines and equipment in appropriate technical condition

• preparation of goods for production and shipment

• order fulfillment and handling of production documentation

• recording of goods taken and inventory control

• operation of a forklift

• maintaining order at the workplace

• active participation in periodic inventories

• qualifications and ability to operate electric forklifts
• ability to operate a desktop computer and warehouse scanners/terminals
• ensuring the highest product quality and adhering to OSH, quality, and hygiene procedures
• good work organization, accuracy, responsibility, and punctuality

Nice to have:

• sanitary-epidemiological examinations
• ability to work with production documentation
• communication skills and willingness to work in a team

RECRUITMENT STAGES:

1. Application – Submit your CV with the current RODO clause via the form
2. Selection and telephone contact – We contact selected candidates by phone to invite them for an interview and to set its date.
3. Interview – Meeting at our headquarters in Borkowo Stary (or online) with an HR recruiter and the future supervisor.
4. Practical verification (optional) – Depending on the position, a short practical task to check skills during the meeting or at the 2nd stage.
5. Decision and feedback – Every candidate receives feedback from us after the interview within the agreed timeframe. After accepting the terms, we finalize the formalities.
