Experience with Oracle OSM in a telecom environment; Knowledge of RODOD and fulfillment processes; Hands‑on experience with COM/SOM and OSMUIM; Knowledge of ITSM processes; Good English skills. NICE TO HAVE: Experience with Oracle UIM; Knowledge of multi‑system environments.
