Mobile Coordinator – Inspire, Lead, and Make a Difference
Location: Dayboro area (servicing Kippa Ring, Dayboro & Mount Samson OSHC sites)

Are you passionate about children’s education and care? Do you love mentoring teams and creating engaging, fun programs for kids? We’re looking for a Mobile Coordinator to support three of our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services in the Dayboro region. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their experience in multi-site management while making a real difference in children’s lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support staff across three OSHC sites, ensuring programs are safe, engaging, and high-quality.

• Mentor and develop teams, sharing your expertise to build a positive workplace culture.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, manage challenges as they arise, and maintain smooth service delivery.

• Inspire kids through innovative programs, activities, and hands-on support.

• Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent).
