Trinity College Gladstone – OSHClub Coordinator

Join us at Trinity College Gladstone as an OSHClub Coordinator, leading a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children in our highly regarded 65-place Kindergarten and 5–12 OSHC program.

This permanent, full-time role offers 38 hours each week, including 6 hours paid non-contact admin time, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and support, you’ll be equipped to thrive in this leadership role.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6:00–8:45am (Rise & Shine)
  • 2:30–6:00pm (Stay & Play)
  • Plus Non Contact Admin Allocation

About the Role:

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging Kindergarten and before- and after-school program for children aged 4–12 years. Your leadership responsibilities include:

  • Creating and leading dynamic, child-centered programs across both Kindergarten and OSHC, incorporating exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts—designed to inspire and engage children.
  • Managing a dedicated, newly built OSHC room with exclusive access to its own kitchen, office, and shared outdoor yard, within the beautiful Trinity College Grounds.
  • Taking ownership of your team’s roster, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and handling administrative tasks while fostering teamwork and professional growth.
  • Receiving mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team to help you develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
