As OSHC Coordinator, you will be responsible for: • Leading and managing a team of educators to deliver high-quality out-of-school hours care programs; • Developing and implementing engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 5-12 years old; • Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff members; • Collaborating with other teams within Rockingham PCYC to ensure a cohesive approach to program delivery; • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on program outcomes; • Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
