Anila Recruitment is representing a Not for Profit OSHC and Early Years provider, supporting families and the community in Greater Western Sydney, and the Hills District.
- Full time - 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Before School Hours: 6:45 am - 9 am
- After School Hours: 2pm - 6:30pm
- $36- $43 an hour + super
- Out of Ratio hours providing flexibility to your work life balance
- Licensed for 165pl
- The organization will put you through your childcare diploma, with paid study leave.
- This service encourages and supports you with your development and upskilling.
- Established positive relationships with the families and community.
- Excellent work culture.
- Experience working in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) or Early Years Education.
- Passionate about providing ongoing support and development.
- Great communication and organization skills.
- Qualification in Early Years and/or OSHC (not essential, but desirable).
- First aid, WWCC & Identify and Respond to Young People at Risk.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.
- Ambitious to upskill and grow professionally.
