We are expanding our surgical team in Charkhi Dadri, Haryana and are hiring a full-time, on-site Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to lead orthopaedic care for adults and trauma patients. Role: Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon Role & Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive orthopaedic care to adult and trauma patients. * Perform surgeries, including but not limited to, joint replacements, fracture fixations, and arthroscopic procedures. * Manage and lead the orthopaedic department. * Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. * Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. * Supervise and mentor junior medical staff. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. * Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures. Requirements: * Medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Orthopaedics (MS/DNB or equivalent). * Valid medical license to practice in India. * Experience in performing a wide range of orthopaedic surgeries. * Excellent clinical and surgical skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Leadership and management skills. * Experience in trauma management is preferred. * Ability to handle emergencies effectively.
