As a senior Registered Nurse, be the lead RN in this dynamic surgical setting as an Orthopaedic Theatre Team role in Central Wellington. What you need to do:
Lead the Ortho Theatre Team: Manage and mentor a team of nurses and theatre staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care.
Coordinate Surgical Operations: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain efficient and effective Orthopaedic theatre operations.
Uphold Clinical Excellence: Ensure adherence to best practice standards in patient care and safety.
Foster a Positive Environment: Cultivate a culture of teamwork and adaptability as the needs of the theatre evolve.

What you need to have:
Registered Nurse: Hold a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Experience: At least 5 years in surgical nursing, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a team, coach for performance, and support staff development.
Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Flexibility: Adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
