Job Title: ORL - Lorient 56 H/F

We are recruiting an ORL H/F to join a multidisciplinary health center located in Lorient, within the framework of a salaried part-time or full-time contract (15 hours to 39 hours per week). A full-time schedule can be organized on 3.5 days, leaving large blocks of free time.

Description and missions:
You will ensure at the chair:
- Consultations ORL adults and pediatrics;
- Auditory balance tests, vestibular explorations, fibroscopy (equipment available or to be completed according to your needs);
- Post-operative follow-up and chronic ORL pathologies;
- Participation in prevention projects (auditory screening, sleep disorders) and coordination meetings.
- No administrative tasks: secretariat, billing, and dedicated medical assistants. Teleconsultation possible up to 50% of the slots.

Structure DNA:
Newly thought-out center by and for practitioners: rooms of 15-18 m², recent equipment, interdisciplinary coordination (general practitioners, dermatologists, gynecologists, etc.). Team spirit, scheduled concertation time, and continuous training supported.

Remuneration:
- Retrocession 45% brut of the turnover;
- Minimum guaranteed 4,500 € brut/month if involvement in therapeutic education;)
- Moving allowance.
