# About the Gig
Currently, we are looking for dynamic and experienced Orientators/Mentors of Employability to support students in one of our clients' bootcamps.
We seek passionate professionals who have a strong desire to guide students in their preparation to access new opportunities and successfully integrate into the current labor market.
Main Responsibilities:
Currently, we are looking for dynamic and experienced Orientators/Mentors of Employability to support students in one of our clients' bootcamps.
We seek passionate professionals who have a strong desire to guide students in their preparation to access new opportunities and successfully integrate into the current labor market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guidance and accompaniment: Guide students to achieve their professional and employability objectives.
- Daily supervision: Mentor students' progress in job searching and developing skills.
- Intra-coordination: Share knowledge weekly among educational team members to ensure program alignment.
- Academic management: Supervise the integral experience of labor and academic insertion within the Bootcamp.
- Continuous feedback: Provide weekly reports to the team on students' evolution, needs, and motivation.
- Foster a sense of community and actively participate in daily student experience.
- Facilitate a supportive, energetic, and collaborative environment that will last beyond the course completion.
- Education: University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or related fields.
- Sectoral experience: Professional experience in labor orientation, talent consulting, human resources, employability departments, or career management.
- Formative experience: Previous experience providing supportive learning, tutoring, mentoring, or career guidance.
- Profile: Strong interest in talent development, continuous learning, and new job market trends.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Methology: Ability to provide support for both synchronous (live) and asynchronous activities.
- Languages: Native or bilingual fluency in Spanish (the Bootcamp is conducted entirely in this language).
- Valuable: Experience working with adults, bootcamps, or labor and professional training programs.
- Position: Labor Orientation Mentor (Career Advisor / Mentor)
- Dates: September 18 to November 27, only on Fridays.
- Schedule: Fridays (9:00 - 14:00 and 15:00 - 16:30h) â Individual synchronous sessions
