Organizational Development Specialist

Looking for HR professional in Talent Management / Organization Development for Infosys Organization Development Global COE. As a OD professional in the COE, your work will include: Building innovative Talent practices and Talent models for the future that can complement and propel Talent Transformation aligned to the future ways of working Contributing to shape the larger Talent Strategy by designing and executing key initiatives across Performance Management, Careers and Org Design Analysing and developing solutions to drive business outcomes through Organizational Development projects Developing and implementing OD interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement Collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver impactful OD programs and initiatives Providing thought leadership and expertise in Organization Development to support the growth and development of the organization Identifying and addressing gaps in current practices and processes, and developing recommendations for improvement Designing and delivering training programs and workshops on Organizational Development topics such as Talent Management, Performance Management, and Leadership Development Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration Providing coaching and guidance to employees on organizational development initiatives and best practices
