Key Responsibilities Organizational Development Strategy Define and implement development strategies that align organizational culture, structure, and processes with corporate goals. Policies and Procedures Design, update, and ensure compliance with organizational development strategies, policies, and procedures. Talent Development Design, implement, and monitor programs that foster talent, develop skills, and enhance employee engagement. Performance Management Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems that align with organizational development strategies. Monitoring and Evaluation Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development strategies, policies, and programs. Reporting and Communication Design, implement, and monitor reporting and communication systems that align with organizational development strategies. Collaboration and Partnerships Foster collaboration and partnerships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners. Organizational Development Specialist Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field. Strong understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions. Ability to design, implement, and monitor programs and initiatives. Ability to monitor and evaluate program effectiveness. Ability to communicate program results and recommendations to stakeholders.
