Organizational Change Management Lead Job Summary The Organizational Change Management and Digital Adoption Lead is responsible for driving successful business transformation through the integration of change management and digital adoption strategies. This role focuses on ensuring stakeholders effectively adapt to new SAP solutions by managing both the human side of change and the enablement side. Leveraging tools such as WalkMe and Synthesia, the position aims to enhance user engagement, increase user adoption, and drive business value through effective communication, stakeholder management, and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of organizational change management principles, digital adoption strategies, and SAP solutions. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing comprehensive change management plans that align with business objectives and ensure successful adoption of new SAP solutions. • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements, develop effective communication plans, and provide training and support to ensure successful implementation. • Leveraging WalkMe and Synthesia tools to enhance user engagement, increase user adoption, and drive business value through interactive guidance, walkthroughs, and microlearning modules. • Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives and identify areas for improvement. • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to ensure successful adoption and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in organizational change management, digital adoption, or a related field. Certification in Change Management (CCM) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) is preferred.
