Organizational Change Management Analyst

HCL Tech is looking for Organizational Change Management with the below skills: SKILLS: Assist in defining the timing, frequency, stakeholder groups, message content, senders, media types, and feedback loops required for a formal communication planning effort Develop key messages for targeted audiences in support of a communication plan Conduct gap analysis to assess current and future state organizational capabilities Design and develop instructional courseware that covers specific training areas, including but not limited to: Organizational Change Management, Communication Planning, Stakeholder Engagement, Training Needs Analysis, and Performance Measurement. Analyze and interpret data from various sources such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups to identify trends, patterns, and correlations Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of organizational change management best practices, tools, and templates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies and plans Provide expert-level guidance on Organizational Change Management principles, methodologies, and best practices to stakeholders across the organization. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in current processes and procedures Develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
