Responsibilities

Inquiry Manager: You are the first point of contact for support, change, and demand requests, ensuring their capture, categorization, and prioritization.
Service Coordinator: You manage incoming service requests and forward them to 1st and 2nd level support.
Planning Hero: You organize and coordinate on-site appointments for 2nd level support.
Data Guru: You maintain customer data and technical project details in our ticketing system.
Deployment Architect: You plan, organize, and control technician deployments – always with an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines.
Quality Guardian: You check completed services and ensure that everything runs according to plan.
Commercial All-rounder: From invoicing to cost control, you take responsibility for economic tasks.
Data Maintainer: You take care of supplier and material master data to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications

Experience in dispatching, ideally in an IT or technical environment.
A knack for organization and a structured, detail-oriented way of working.
Communication talent to connect customers, technicians, and internal teams.
Basic technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp complex tasks.
Commercial knowledge and routine in handling billing.
Proficient in using ticketing systems and office applications.
Resilience, solution orientation, and a good dose of team spirit.
