Our in-house marketing team is the interface between our tourist departments and various agencies, graphic designers, publishers/media houses, and other service providers. We are looking for a full-time or part-time (at least 32 hours per week) Organisations-Talent Marketing (w/m/d) who can communicate internally and externally and coordinate the implementation of measures.

Aufgaben

• You keep an overview: Careful project management and task coordination for different departments in the marketing team
• Organization of catalog productions from page plan to dispatch using precise, fast, empathetic internal communication and receiver-friendly presentation of information from various sources
• Proactive support during annual planning of all marketing activities
• Organizational handling and coordination of print products and advertisements, participation in creating theme plans, content projects, and social media measures
• Marketing communication interface for agencies and service providers as well as internal departments
• Support with CRM and evaluation and control of measure success

Qualifikation

• High communicative competence and the ability to consider different interests and unite them, communicate deadlines in the team, and implement tasks carefully
• Logical thinking, independent work style, forward-thinking action, planned approach, and attention to dates and deadlines even with parallel projects
• Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with project management software (e.g. Asana), digital affinity, social media competence
• First professional experience in organizing and coordinating projects in a medium-sized company or event marketing
• You are available to us for at least 32 hours on 5 days per week
