Dialysis Station Nurse (M/F/N)

Job Place: Lubań Your scope of responsibilities includes leading the work of the dialysis station and a medical team. Supervising the treatment process of patients undergoing dialysis. Implementing and monitoring medical procedures consistent with current standards in nephrology. Cooperation with nursing and technical staff to ensure the highest quality care. Training and development of the medical team. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and quality standards. Leading and coordinating the work of the medical team, including nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. Requirements: - Higher education in medicine or related field; - Experience in nephrology or related specialty; - Knowledge of dialysis procedures and treatment methods; - Ability to lead a team and coordinate work; - Good communication skills; - Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
