Ordermanager

What will you do?

As an order manager, you are responsible for coordinating and guiding the entire order process.

Your tasks include:

• Taking and processing customer orders for various signing projects;
• Planning and monitoring production and delivery times to ensure timely delivery;
• Serving as a point of contact for customers and internal departments regarding order statuses and specifications;
• Monitoring the quality and progress of projects, and making adjustments as needed;
• Administratively processing orders and related documentation;
• Designing various orders.

• A minimum of a completed MBO education, preferably in a relevant field;
• Experience in a comparable position within the sign or graphic industry is a plus;
• Knowledge of materials and their applications within the sign industry is important;
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude;
• Good organizational skills and stress tolerance;
• You are full-time available;
• You are motivated to develop yourself within the sign and graphic industry;
• You have mastery of the Dutch language in word and writing.
