Order Verification Manager

Company Aurora Romania seeks an Order Verification Manager responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of order processing in the warehouse, ensuring that all products are correctly packaged and prepared for delivery. This process includes verifying compliance with company standards and customer requirements, as well as identifying and correcting rapid errors.

Responsibilities:

• Verifying 100% of completed orders before shipment to ensure accuracy.
• Identifying and rapidly correcting errors in the packaging and storage process, ensuring a minimum level of mistakes.
• Prioritizing daily and weekly reports on order verification efficiency and identified errors.
• Participating in continuous quality improvement processes throughout all stages of order processing.

Required skills:

• Knowledge of quality standards, experience in inventory management and storage, ability to use logistics software.
• Capacity to organize efficient work process, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Capacity to communicate clearly and efficiently with other departments, including managers and production line employees.
• Ability to verify orders accurately and identify even minor errors.
