Order to Cash Analyst

Collection application for clients assigned from channels such as (Modern, Wholesale, Government, Convenience, Food Service, Self-Service, Miscellaneous, Exportation, Distributors and Detail Sales) controlling commercial credit notes and charges (for cancellations or returned checks), keeping the portfolio updated, analyzing payment differences and entering clarification on invoices presenting unrecognized balances by the commercial area.

Main responsibilities and challenges:

• COLLECTION: Integrate and control collection applications (Cash Register, Bank Statement, Customer Payment Breakdown or KAM format for internal-external audits).
• • Perform client collection assignments to have visibility in order releases.
  • Assemble a collection report for early payment application.
  • Apply early payment via TPM.
  • Evaluate and replicate commercial and logistical credit notes to achieve a healthy portfolio and real days outstanding.
• REPORTS: Generate daily collection report by applying and reconciling versus monthly bank reports for timely application.
• • Manage and support monthly closing reports with supported ledger entries for audit purposes.
  • Sales analysis on a weekly basis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years in similar positions
• Specific Knowledge: Advanced Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, BPCS, SAP, Database, Bank and Financial Portals, Dynamic Tables and Basic English
