Job description
- Independent processing of customer orders including invoicing and export processing
- Commissioning and coordination of international transports
- Organization of shipping dates and creation of relevant shipping and export documents
- Coordination of customs documents and export certificates
- Communication with international customers and partners – predominantly in English
- Maintenance of master data and documents in the ERP system (SAP S/4 HANA or comparable)
- Collaboration with sales, logistics, and production
- Support for special projects and monthly closings
