• Processing of incoming orders
• Preparation of invoices and responsibility for the reminder process
• Implementation of export and customs clearance, as well as ATLAS export notifications
• Preparation of offers
• Support in various projects
• Collaboration with production and disposition

• Multiple years of work experience in a relevant field
• Completed commercial training
• Good to very good English skills in writing and speaking
• Very good German skills
• Experience with MS Office applications
• Sophisticated demeanor and developed problem-solving competence
• Knowledge of export and customs, desirable or willingness to further education
