Order Processing Assistant in Graz (m/w/d)
Job description
We are looking for motivated support for our location in Graz:
- Processing of orders and projects from order receipt to delivery and invoicing
- Contact person for customer inquiries regarding offers, invoices, delivery notes, complaints & customer credit management
- Ongoing coordination with customers / field service / technology / back office / warehouse / logistics in the context of order processing
- Independent handling of commercial task areas
- In-house ordering system – warehouse disposition and material logistics
- Electronic processing of returns and customer equipment service
