About the Opportunity

We are hiring an Order Management Specialist to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely execution of the full order lifecycle for enterprise customers. The role serves as the key operational link between Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams—managing order validation, processing, fulfillment, and invoicing while maintaining adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate customer orders within the Order Management System (OMS) and ERP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and inventory before fulfillment.

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to resolve discrepancies, expedite shipments, and manage order modifications.

• Own the complete order-to-cash workflow, including order entry, credit management, billing coordination, shipment confirmation, and order closure.

• Monitor inventory allocations, proactively communicate stock availability issues, and manage escalations such as backorders, cancellations, and expedite requests.

• Maintain EDI and CRM integrations, troubleshoot transactional errors, and collaborate with IT for system improvements.

• Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports on order status, fulfillment accuracy, and operational metrics to support continuous improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience handling end-to-end order processing in a dynamic, commercial environment.

• Strong understanding of ERP/OMS operations and the order-to-cash process.

• Hands-on experience using ERP platforms (SAP or equivalent) and OMS tools.

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms for order coordination.

• Experience with EDI transaction management and troubleshooting.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics/shipping platforms.

• Exposure to SLA-driven business environments with process improvement initiatives.

• Experience in an in-office role supporting collaborative, cross-functional operations.
