Order Management Specialist (m/w/d) in Erlangen

We are looking for you as an „Order Management Specialist (m/w/d)“ on behalf of our partner company in Erlangen.

Tasks

• As Order Management Specialist (m/w/d), you will be the central point of contact for assigned countries and customers.
• You will review and process customer orders financially and logistically, ensuring efficient processing in spare parts and after-sales service.
• You will take on problem-solving when there are delivery hindrances, steer escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction in spare parts management.
• You will coordinate and monitor spare part deliveries, including export control and hazardous goods processes, as well as timely delivery.
• You will create invoices, credits, and debit notes, identify optimization potential, and actively support process improvements and special projects.

Qualification

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on logistics or an equivalent commercial education, such as industrial clerk (m/w/d), forwarding agent (m/w/d), or merchant for wholesale and foreign trade (m/w/d).
• You have professional experience as an Order Management Specialist (m/w/d), spare parts management clerk (m/w/d), customer service specialist (m/w/d) or in a comparable position.
• You possess fundamental knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office.
• Your structured work approach, team spirit, and high problem-solving orientation are your distinctive features.
• You have secure German language skills as well as good English language skills that round out your profile.
