We are looking for talent to join a project participating in the integral management of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and distributors. What will you do?

✔ Manage the complete sales order cycle in SAP (reception, validation, capture, tracking, and invoicing).

✔ Manage orders blocked for credit, price, or delivery.

✔ Track returns, credit memos, and debit memos.

✔ Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) deliveries.

✔ Resolve incidents and provide support to clients and internal teams.

✔ Monitor operational indicators (SLA, cycle times, backorders, and disputes).

✔ Collaborate with global teams in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Distribution.

✔ Identify continuous improvement opportunities in O2C processes.

We are looking for individuals with:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

✅ Advanced English (essential).

✅ More than 3 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Supply Chain.

✅ Experience using SAP, preferably in the SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module.

✅ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

✅ Excellent communication, analytical focus, customer orientation, and ability to work in global environments.

⭐ It will be a plus if you have experience in:

• SAP SD.

• Material Master Data.

• SOX Controls and Compliance.

• Pharmaceutical industry or multinational companies.
