Job description
Principal Responsibilities:
- Ensure inventory levels are optimal for sales
- Participate in quality control during the receipt of goods process
- Ensure timely replenishment with goods, analyzing existing information in company systems
- Place orders with suppliers
- Track order confirmations and deliveries from suppliers until goods are received at the warehouse
- Maintain contact with suppliers
- Process customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Middle school education
- Experience in the field is an advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer knowledge
